Bent tempered glass
Building glass is mainly associated with flat surfaces of facades, partition walls and other interior design elements. However, it also has another aspect which makes it three-dimensional and that is bending.
Bent insulated units offered by PRESS GLASS are made in a process based on tempering. After reaching the glass temperature close to the softening point, the glass pane is curved to obtain the required shape and then quickly cooled down, i.e. tempered. The process of bending provides glass with a new functional and aesthetic quality.
Market offering
PRESS GLASS offers monolithic panes and insulated units for cylindrically bent glass panes. We have the capability to bend monolithic float glass, non-coated or low emissivity coatings as well as solar control coatings, tinted and laminated glass.
To make a product more attractive and to extend the range of its application, bent glass can be covered with screen print or digital print according to standard patterns or individual designs.

Summary of advantages
Owing to tempering, it gains all advantages of tempered glass:
Application
Bent tempered glass is always produced upon an individual order, which is verified for technical production capacity.
