Bud South a recently completed skyscraper in Long Island Queens, New York, tops out at 33 stories with 70k square feet of glass. This building serves as a mixed-use building with luxury apartments, affordable housing, and retail. Press Glass provided double insulated glass for the project with two double silver low-e coatings one on surface #2 and one on surface #5. The coating is Guardian SunGuard SN68HT this coating allows abundant light to enter space while blocking unwanted heat which helps reduce operating costs.
