At 25-01 Queens Plaza North, Link Apartments QPN stands as a 26-story residential tower featuring 417 rental units and 20,000 square feet of insulated glass. Its charcoal-hued brick façade and staggered window configuration deliver a sophisticated interplay between glass and concrete, giving the building its distinct architectural character.

Large window openings of 27” x 75” maximize views and light for occupants while remaining environmentally conscious. The energy efficient façade features laminated insulated glass units with Guardian Bird1st™ UV on #1 and a triple-silver low-e coating (SunGuard SNX 62/27) on #4 to balance light and solar energy.
